Quality Earbuds for ~$100

A few of my friends have E3c's and such, and I'm just too tired of my crappy $20 buds breaking and terrible quality. I was told by a friend that his music teacher that Westones are the way to go, and bass is rather important to me, which seems to be something nearly all the E line seems to be missing, the UM1's seem to be a good fit for me, anyone have any personal preferences or experiences with this brand? Other suggestions?

Head room is a good site for headphones. Check out their buying guide for IEMs (in ear monitor) In Ear Monitor - HeadRoom - Right Between Your Ears IEMs are just nice earbuds

Apparently, Westone was actually the manufacturer for both Shure and Ultimate Ears before they went on their own...
