     |  What is a good 22'' LCD monitor?? Can anyone tell me what would be a good brand 22'' LCD Monitor for gaming and surfing the web, i am looking at spending anywhere between $300 to $400 including shipping in the next 2 or 3 weeks on a new LCD, right now i am using 2 19'' Sony LCD which i am looking to run as a dual setup and want to run a 22'' on my gaming machine. PS. How many of you run 22'' LCD monitors and with so many different 22'' LCD monitors out there i like to get everyones opinion on the 22'' LCD monitors.

| Re: What is a good 22'' LCD monitor?? i used to have this one .... Acer AL2223Wd Black-Silver 22" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor Built in Speakers - Retail at Newegg.com (the black one) response time was bad @zz .... and with a 700:1 cr i couldnt complain much ....

That looks to be a great LCD will mostly buy it when i come up with the cash in a couple weeks if it is still available, thanks for showing me that, also can you tell me is there a way to hook up that monitor with out using a tv tuner card that would require me to hook it up to my pc. what i mean is there a way to use it with out using my pc that way i would not have to turn on my pc just to watch tv if i can I am curious.

Using it as a TV would require a turner card, the monitor it self does not have one built in so to answer your question no.  But it does have a HDMI port, so If you had a HD cable box then you could use that and connect it to the monitor.  If you want an LCD tv check out some of these that could double as a PC display: Newegg.com - Once You Know, You Newegg
