Default What do I have here...?

Well, I got an old pc, that showed it was running a 1.1Gig CPU as a trade for one of my folding borgs (a 1.5 or so cpu running in a biostar board). I got a pretty nice case, and a MSI K7N2 Delta - ILSR that I thought I could have some oc fun with an Athlon 2500 I had laying around.

Turns out the board is not happy, I can sometimes get it to POST at stock settings. But take a look at the 1gig CPU I found under what looks like a whole tube of heatsink paste!

From what I can find out, it may be a Barton 3000!

Let me know what you think.

Oh yes! On a POS PSU and some generic RAM, it is at 38 degrees, with the tornado down on low!

AMD Athlon 3200+ according to Everest. Maybe I can get a decent PSU and some RAM for myself for Christmas. It might oc a bit...
have a good one!
