Enermax or Master Cooler or Modular

Ok, I want to get a new PSU thats nice and quiet. By looking at the reviews here on PC Apex, I like the Enermax Noisetaker EG425AX-VE and the Cooler Master iGreen 500W SLI PSU or maybe one of the modular PSUs if there is a affordable one. The Cooler Master one keeps cool and has sleeves but the Enermax has a manual fan controller. I'm also into a quiet but affordable modular PSU If you can name one too. What is better out of the three?

Enermax is probaly the most stable, and best working quality in those three, personally i use a TTGI and its so quiet i cant hear it at all, the hiper PSU line is quite nice for silence too, and for your information the reviews here may be the best, but they dont always cover ever model made, try googling PSU reviews and see what you find
