Decent Budget Headset

Im looking for a decent headphone/headset, over the ear type,decent bass,comfortable for long periods of time, and if possible a microphone. I really dont want to spend more than $30-$35.

So far Im thinking about these
Icemat Siberia (Has anybody ever bought from these guys?)

I have a set of these i have been playing Call Of Duty 2 and MOHA and i have no complaints about them.
