Default Two Temp Probes >> Use Where?

As part of the final rework for the BluHaz mod, I will be mounting a temperature gauge in the front “bezel”. However if there is enough room for two cutouts I might install a second. It is a far-gone conclusion one will be used for CPU temperatures. The proc is oc’ed with the help of a pin mod for CPU voltage and there is a plan to push the BFG 6600GT OC using CoolBits

So where should the second one go? And please tell the why!

I feel that ambeint temps are good, and if its a probe thats loose, the readings aren't so accurate, with it on the GPU it will help tell you how hot its getting but iff the case internal air is hot then everything will be

by the way nice case i was reading your worklog the other day pimpness

if you're doing gaming i'd say the GPU, since those things have a tendancy to put out a lot of heat (especialy if you're OCing it)

I've got mine mount'd up the top of my case,Between the PSU and the CD drive,Since the hot air rises,So if there is somthing big wrong and somthings over heating,You'll find out sooner or later as the case temp will rise

OC'ing, you need to keep an eye on the temps.

Also
Try Rivatuner for OC'ing/tweaking your video. It has a s***load of options.

I wouldn't worry about GPU temperatures unless you are overclocking, or you are having vid card-related troubleshooting issues. Internal case temps, like maybe at the exhaust end, are what I would watch.
