Default time for more memory (and recommendations)

Hi all, I currently have this Mushkin PC3200 LII V2 Enhanced Memory in my DFI nf4 Ultra-D. I want to upgrade to 2GB but not sure if i want to toss the mushkin and get a (2 x 1GB) pack or just add 2 more 512mb sticks. I'm currently not OC'ing due to heating issues.

Can anyone recommend any decent (2 x 1GB) sets under $200? (and I don't mean $199.99 ) I've only had corsair and mushkin in the past and didn't start shopping around until today.

I've been looking at these but I'm not sure I like those timings. Thanks

Those timings look loose, but that's because it runs those at DDR500. DDR400 could run at 2-3-2-6, I would assume.

But yeah, those G.Skill mems are really good. I would recommend them.

I have that memory it's really nice. I have seen alot of people get to around 280mhz with it, I have only gotten mine to 265mhz stable but im sure with tweaking it could go higher.
