Exclamation NVIDIA Quadro® FX 4500

i was wondering what you guys thought of it. i really have no intention of getting it as it's a bit pricy, i could get it, but i'm already considering one or two that are perfectly fine. just let me know what you guys think

What do you want it for? Are you considering a Quadro card because you use professional 3d rendering programs?

Reflux asks a good question , why do you want a Quadro card ?? You might want to read up on one before ever buying one , as they are 3d / graphics design card . Pricey yes and not intended for gaming. If your considering it because you do 3d rendering / graphics/ CAD etc etc work , then by all means get one, I've used them in the past and they are extremely good for what they were built for.

the modern quadro is really a handsome device - ive seen the most amazing maya rendering times. theyre really spanking the firegl's atm

no reason to lecture the guy on what a workstation card is... im sure he wouldnt have asked about prices if he didnt know what it was

It's pretty much a workstation version of the 7800GTX 512. Don't buy it for gaming/general use.
