| If it's not serving some kind of purpose, then it probably wouldn't hurt anything to remove it(i.e. a small screw holding something together). If all else fails, chack to make sure the mobo doesn't hit it when you install it and just put some electricians tape over it to prevent faults(short circuts). | ||

| Shouldn't need to remove it - It's there to fit through the centre hole in your ATX mobo as a support. Basically, it allows you to install your mobo while the case is vertical, you just install the rest of the brass standoffs on the mobo tray, place the mobo in (resting on the peg) and screw in the rest of the standoff screws EDIT: You do know about using standoffs right? if not, send me a PM and i'll explain it further (out of the forums) ![]() | ||
