opteron 175 vs x2 4400?

OK well I see that the opteron is more overclockable than the 4400+ however I am currious to what heatsink comes with the opteron? I know my 4400+ has a heatpipe cooler , but does the opteron have the same? I am reccomending the opteron to a friend I think or will sell him my 4400+ and get teh opteron for myself but the stock cooler is something I am going to be runnig for a while and i like the heatpipe design.
