Default T1 vs T2

I was paying attention to my POST screen today and noticed that under memory timings it lists my memory as running at T2, and before my recent bios reset I think it was running at T1.

So any pimp able to tell me what the difference is between T1 and T2 timing?

Thanks.

1t will give your bettter Memory performance..also know at CPC (Command Per Clock ON)

2T is (CPC OFF) slower and more stable, usually only needed when running 4 sticks of memory, and should be avoided in general for best performance.
