Plan for my new Rig

Ok I decided to day to post my MB, CPU and Ram on Ebay today. I am selling them and and I am buying new ones. I have decided to go Dual Core and upgrade to PCI-E, and Dual Channel ram. I will probably have about $1100 to do this.
This is what I was thinking
MB ASUS A8N-SLI Premium $166.99
AMD 64 X2 3800+ $322
BFG GeForce 7800GT PCI-E $369
G.SKILL Extreme Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR Dual Channel
Total Shipped $1077

I would like to go SLI now, but I don't think I can do it on my budget, So I will probably have to wait. What do you guys Think?

I debated between the DFI LANParty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert and waiting for the A8N32-SLI, and decided to go with the LANParty. I don't regret that decision one bit. It's a great board, and is just jam packed with OC features in the BIOS. Go that route and save up cash for the second GPU since there isn't much reason to have the second card now.

...Then again, the ASUS boards are nice too...I guess I'm just biased currently.

I think you made some good choices, although I think you could spend less money and get a DFI Lanparty SLI-DR or the Expert and be just as satisfied.

You can save some money by getting this 7800GT, $285 at the tiger.

I only us Asus motherboards. the A8N0SLI Premium has Raid 5 onboard, and I need that for my 4X250 gb HDs.
