my maybe rig

right now i have an:
amd athlon xp mobile 2.0Ghz
abit-nf7-s v.2
2 x 256mb kingston pc2700
1 x 512mb samsung pc2100
nvidia fx 5200 128mb

and i'm thinking about upgrading to:
amd opteron 148 2.2 would try to oc to like 2.8 or 3.0
dfi- lp sli-dr
2 x 512 crucial ballistix pc 3200 2-2-2-6 stock
evga 6800GS 256mb

how big of an upgrade would that be?
also does anyone have anyother suggestions example:
instead of the dfi - lp sli-dr, for about the same price you could get a ________ that would be better

well first of all that would be an upgrade from a 32bit platform to a 64bit platform which in itself is a fairly big upgrade + its a ****in awsome 64bit cpu

that would prolly kick your old computers a @$$
