You have and AMD cpu.

Those are Intel motherboards you listed.
for a basic upgrade you would need a new cpu , motherboard, some Ddr2 ram,and a pci-E based vidcard.

there are options that use older ddr memory and Agp vidcards ,but their performance-Vs_cost isnt really worth mentioning .

EDIT. Also use links to any hardware you list,no one wants to have to google up a bunch of hardware.

give us a $$$ amount and we can help you pick out some decent hardware...
