Networking ?? Remote Admin. of Router

So, here's the deal.

My parents have a rental property in North Carolina. This season they're offering wireless connectivity but, they want to keep it secure.

They're working with a cable connection service with a dynamic IP and I bought them a Linksys WRT54GL with dd-wrt installed on it.

We live in PA so local administration of the router is not feasible. What I want to know is how can I remote administer the router so that I can change the wireless password on a per renter (weekly) basis.

We have enough room for only the cable modem and the router in the space in which they will be locked. A LAN cable will run from two of the ports to a dual CAT5 wall plate for wired networking.

Is this impossible without a pc connected to the router and a small DynamicDNS program broadcasting the IP to me? Is there a program in dd-wrt that will broadcast the IP address to me?

Any help with this process would be appreciated. Thanks

Under the Administration tab on the router you can set up remote management, it even explains the setting on the right hand of the screen, should take care of what you need.

As for the DHCP aspect, use dyndns which dd-wrt supports...
