Help comparing two PSUs

What is the advantage (if any) of the Sparkle Power FSP200-50PLA over the FSP200-50PL. Both are 200W.

50PLA:
+3.3V: 16A
+5V: 12A
+12V: 12A,
-5V: n/a
-12V: 0.8A
+5Vsb: 2A
+5 and +3.3V max power: 61W
Input voltage: 90~265Vac

50PL:
+3.3V: 16A
+5V: 15A
+12V: 12A,
-5V: n/a
-12V: 0.3A
+5Vsb: 2A
+5 and +3.3V max power: 61W
Input voltage: 115/230Vac

I don't quite understand the difference in the input voltages.

I guess the only real difference is one has active PFC. Not sure why there is some small differences in output voltages.
