Default Dvi+d-sub

Hey guys, I got a quickie here. My LCD monitor (Sceptre 20.1") has DVI and D-SUb connections. My vid card (7600gt) has dual DVI. Im in love with the quality of DVI but it sucks up my FPS in high res gaming. However, D-SUB is just fine. Is there any way I can hook up both connections and switch between them when I need to? I think my monitor can switch between them in its menu. Any input is greatly appreciated

You could set up dual monitors at separate resolutions and use the monitors menu to switch between the two.

I'm not saying buy another monitor. Under the nvidia control panel set the VGA output as a second cloned desktop.

Oh, Im sorry. But yea, thats what I did. It was pretty cool for like 10 minutes, then it just got annoying. I wanted to just be able to switch between cables for image quality, but it didnt work how I planned

Sorry for the n00bism
