Okay, I've been meaning to get around to making a sig for myself. All the cool kids are doing it and all. And while perfectly capable of designing something myself. I've got a couple problems with that. One, I tend to get tired of seeing my own work very quickly. I don't hang anything I've done in my home. I see enough of it on billboards and in magazines. And two, I'm a lazy bastich and it's too much like work. And three, it's just time to liven things up a bit around here.


So here are the guidelines. What I'm looking for is a sig and avatar. Pretty much anything goes. And...a background image for my desktop. And possibly a design I will incorporate in my next mod. The project will be entitled "Nautilus". As in Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It will of course be water cooled.

The prize:

The Crossover WS-5 Mission II water cooling kit I reviewed a few weeks ago.

Edit: Desktop image should be 1280x1024 or larger, but please down size and optimize it when posting to save on space and side scrolling.

My take on the case theme:

All black mirror finish paint
Nautilus window on side, w/ nautilus shell airbrushed on the right-side of the case
blue neon lighting w/ uv-reactive coolant in the tubes etc...getting the picture? Copius amounts of chrome on the inside and outside of the case would set it off...

Alright, I have never attempted a contest before but the prize for this one is too good. I'll see what I can do...PS7 has never been a program I use often, but man oh man do I want that prize

Nice joose. I like the Nautilus shell. I'd like to stay away from text on the desktop design, if I move it to my mod it could prove problematic. But I do like it. And don't feel you have to make all 3 match guys. Up to you.

This is gonna be fun seeing what you guys come up with.

Well I figured since I needed a little break today I'd try and make something pretty. Seems joose beat me to the punch with the nautilis shell pic and I'm definately don't have his mad PS skills but someone might get some ideas from mine, or something.
