Hey all im now looking for a new avatar and wanted to see if someone could make or help me with this one that i found... I wanted to see if you could wipe the nissan off and put a PcApex or something.. Tell me what you all think!

Most likely because maximum avatar size is 140 x 140. Your animated gif is 171 height. Your image was resized and animated gifs have a problem with that....they won't animate if forced to resize.
