Anyone good at flash?

Im looking to make a banner for the top of my website. Basically it will be the gui of the PSP seen in the photo bellow. The lines you see in the background move quite slowly up and down the screen in a wave motion. I guess its to keep from a burn in or something. Well if you think you can help me recreate that please send me a messege or post in here.

i havent beein on pcapex since the switch from pimprig. i can make anything you need. i checked out that psp vid and that navigation is definatly doable. if you email me the icons you want to use, and the details on the menu ill get it goin.

some of my stuff is on __MotionHarvest.com [Spring 06] Portfolio of Aaron Sherrill - (which is about due for a redesign).

Wow, I didn't realize you were in Dallas (guess it didn't matter when I lived in Iowa). I am in the Metro as well now.

Oooo...nice work. I've just started learning Flash at Uni last week - it's amazing what it can do.
