Flash? Whaaa?

So I want to make a flash site but of coarse it has to be so advanced that no noob like myself could actually do it. I have no idea where to start. Yes I have heard of the word google and what mystical powers it holds but does anyone have any PERSONAL references to go off of?

This is exactly what I want the website to be like. It is simply the PSP's gui. I want the click sound, and the same system to access music, movies, ect. A lot to ask right? Heh yeah but if anyone can help let me know.

Take a look around Flashkit they have tons of resources for designing flash pages and such. Heck they even have pre made flash sites so you can get your feet wet
