PR Source Motd

I would like some feedback.l I finally got ten minutes to sit down and work on a motd for the PR source server. I still need to add the rules and stuff to it but heres a rough draft. Props to Spike for the rules and a layout that I will be using. Looks kinda crappy cuz of the size i had to make it.

why not use the same kind of layout up at the top of Forums page, The bluish color

and what size is it, i wouldn't mind taking a stab at it

I think the orange/yellow flame color should go for a nice rich blue color that faldes into a chrome looking shinny glass like flame. You could try messing some more with the colors to blend some different blues that Gk has used for the actual forums. Use that eye tool in PS to match the color up. I think its caled that, you are the PS pimp now.

As for the PR logo, I think it should remain white or a grayish colorand should balance out against the other flame look. Should not be in your face and should be pleaing so people will look at the rules and hopefully our sales signup pitch.

I also thing that we should incorporate the award icons into it at the bottom to match that layout I made which said

PR recommended, Pimp Slap, PR Elite Gear, with the cool looking graphics that GK made. All in a row, kinda small but noticable. Maybe some people will reconize them. Even so, it ill add some color to it and make it look a little more professional.

Also somewhere in it needs to be a live link to link players to our site so they can sign up. Possiby linking to the intro-greets forum page or to the area where we are going to set up psychostats so players can check their scores and hopefully sign up.

And planet I am sorry I have not been on AIM latley, the ASUS board never posted with the phase and I might have a dead board and CPU, or just a dead CPU, or just a dead board. I am not sure right now, I am gona give it another go tommarow. I will also put back together my Intel rig so I can get on AIM and do my duties as server admin. Plus, I miss you and playing CS, and PR 6 hours a day.

One a side note I have started putting in water cooling for the Tt Tsunami mid tower and so far its looking pimp. Not exactly the easiest mod there is as the case is very small and I am going to try my best to run 4 HD's and a sound card, so mounting the pump has become a full time brain work load. Should give the galleries something cool from me for a change. I have never been the best modder so I am praying I don't screw up with the old demel .

Ok well thats the news from me. Good luck on the motd and I shall talk to you tommarow (today actually, but I am gona get a late start) if everything goes swimmingly.

That sucks about the board. Did it post with regular ole air? Yea and about the blue color i was just messin around in PS i got really lazy last night Stero suggested the forum blue to i did a little work and it looks similar I just never posted in here. I will prolly work on it a bit today at work.

Edit: I attached a pic of what i did. Its the best i can do i forgot my mouse at home and im trying to use the touch pad on my laptop. Durr me.
