I am practiced with basic flash.

Attached Files
File Type: zip Untitled-1.zip (26.9 KB, 31 views)
File Type: swf Untitled-1.swf (26.8 KB, 73 views)

I'm really not sure what the PROBLEM is, but here's what I'm doing. I've created an .swf file and loaded it onto my webspace. Using the code you provided above, I insert http://blah blah blah between the " " and paste that code into my sig. It works in the preview mode, but not in any posts.

Here, it just goes like this:

To insert your flasg sig type: < embed src="Your Url to the .swf file goes here" width="600" height="150" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" >

It 's that simple , hope that helped, if not hit me on MSN or AIM.

I was THINKING it should be that simple...I'll try it again once I get things put back together. LOL...I've had my little project torn apart more than I've had it running!

Thanks!

Looks like I'll have to get you on IM. I inserted this into my signature:

< embed src="www.hp07.com/HC/sigs/hcsig.swf" width="600" height="150" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" >

of course, I removed the spaces before and after the brackets. The flash file shows up when I preview my signature, but does not post in any threads.
