Some shots I took at the lovely seaside town of Hunstaton in Norfolk, UK.

The position of the little boat and the sea defense was too good an oppourtunity to miss

My dad accidentially woke me up because he thought I had to work today, but I have Fridays off. I took this opportunity of me actually getting up at 6am on a day off to snap these:

If I get the chance I'll scan some more.

These are from a ship building yard in Marthas Vineyard. I was walking near it and it just looked amazing, so I said screw it! I walked in and started chatting with the guys in it, took 5 rolls of film and talked with all of them. It was really neat. I bet this place looked the same 100 years ago.

You see the star trails in the sky. I left the shutter open for 11.1 minutes to capture the light and also to show the rotation of the earth.

The neat thing is, I could only see one star through the lens but my camera captured many many more.

HawkEye, I really like your black and white pics. Those pics could very easily be published.

This is a ground shot I took at the races last night. It's 25 x 15, so 56k beware....

Took this a few months back in St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh. This stained glass window behind the organ was simply multi coloured diamond shapes of glass - all only about 3" across. The sun shone through this and onto the huge sandstone walls. The result is quite spectacular.
