DUDETTE!!! Is that on Windward Parkway? That looks like the office building I use to work in. Were you stalking me? SAD

I'm relieved to hear you weren't stalking me. Makes me feel better. Alpharetta and Buckhead use to be my stomping ground a few years back (was working out there). I was actually surprised how much I like being in ATL. Its a great town, I hope to go back and visit that area sometime in the future. SAD

Actually, thats on Northwinds Parkway. The identical office buildings stretch for miles now and Winward Parkway isn't that far off.

well, for the kodak's; auto + highest quality is always best...it depends on what type of pictures you want to take will determine what settings you want for your pictures..

| To get a clear image of the moon I had to use my 400mm lens and a tripod. I have a picture of it here: http://www.bright.net/~axe/imagegallery/mycamera.jpg I used a low ISO and used the timer so my hand wouldn't shake the camera. Those two combinations gives me great results. Here are the settings I used: Shooting Mode Manual Tv( Shutter Speed ) 1/100 Av( Aperture Value ) 8.0 Metering Mode Center-weighted averaging ISO Speed 200 Lens 400.0 mm Focal Length 400.0 mm Image Size 3072x2048 Image Quality Fine Flash Off White Balance Auto AF Mode AI Focus AF Parameters Contrast +1 Sharpness +1 Color saturation +1 Color tone Normal Color Space sRGB | ||

| Heres some snaps of a nearby lake to my house. Me and Liz went there on Saturday, and saw a couple of ducks and fish there aswell. Also posted is my Village - Wootton Courtenay (pronounced "wott-oun court-en-ae" ) My house is there, in the 3rd section...but thats all im saying. The Church is the oldest in the area...15th Century I believe (1420 approx). The village stretches round and sits on a large hill range and the main area is Grabbist Hill (with shop and church). The next picture is when me and my brother Alex (pictured) took a cycle trip up to the highest point in the National Park we live in - Dunkery Beacon, in Exmoor. Here we see the foot of the Moorland range, about halfway down from the summit (we had already got to the top at this point). Finally we have some exmoor ponies...a rare breed and live wild in the moorland. They are counted each year to check health and numbers. | Everyone has contributed some awesome things to this thread, and I just wanted to pop in with some things I've taken over the last little while. ![]() The sunrise off my back deck. ![]() My cat, Kairi. ![]() Kairi, again...exploring the outdoors. ![]() My cat, peeping from under my desk at my feet. ![]() A shot down the body jewelry case at my preferred tattoo/piercing shop ![]() Some shoes laying in the floor at my friend's house. The Retro 'filter' of my camera seemed applicable with the contrast of the wooden floor. ![]() My backyard. | ||
