Ninja cop

I'm thinking of writing a story in the next couple days about a police officer who is also a ninja and does things like dispense parking tickets the instant you step out of your car. There's just a puff of smoke, and a ticket under your wiper blades.

Maybe he can become the mortal enemy of a white honkey rapper who writes music that leads kids to violent actions.

Uhhh... aside from the "B" factor, I don't think it would sell... maybe I'm just not "seeing" it though.

I never thought rap would catch on... so I'm not going to say I know everything though...

Keep in mind that it would be a tad less serious than my other work. Juxtposition of discontinual themes (ie a ninja(assassin) cop(Serve&Protect) or a white rapper) produces humor.

Edit: I've come to a decision. This plotline sucks.
