Default XP themes

I was wondering if anyone knows of a clean way to change my xp theme. Currently i have flyakiteosx on my machine and have gotten quite bored of it. The other way that i know of would be to go to themexp.com to get some good themes. The problem with that is the spyware that they make you install. and i HATE spyware. Any help would be appreciated

WindowBlinds ftw. It has the best themes and its the easiest theming software to use.

yea and what i like about it is that they provide a patch for windows so you can use non-windows certified themes w/o hogging up resources like windowblinds does.
