Once again, the ENUM key question...

I gotta find this thing for my uncle. He's swapping motherboards and doesn't believe there's a way to fix the registry besides reinstalling Windows. I tell him there's a line in the registry to edit to make the profile rebuild itself when you plug in your new stuff. Can someone find that for me so I can help him out and get some more respect from him?

He's a die-hard anti-overclocker, but he's having to give me props for knowledge-help me show him we're NOT idiots for doing these things to our systems....
