Default Uneeded Startup entries and Processes

Ok so I just installed Nortons Internet security. Being the anal person that I am I look thru what processes were added and what was added to my startup.
So my question is what startup entries are not needed?
Example:

ccApp

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exe"

That you cannot remove or Nav wont start on startup. Learned it the hard way.

URLLSTCK.exe

C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security Professional\UrlLstCk.exe

That was put in by Nav. Anyone know if that is needed on startup?

I have a few others but I will wait on those. I just want to keep my boot times low and not turn on any uneeded programs.

Thx in advance.

Rob

From the Startup Applications List at sysinfo.org:

UrlLstCk.exe is a part of Norton Internet Security. From Symantec - "UrlLstCk.exe is a necessary file that will be present in C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security. It is a URL Checklist. It should not be disabled"

EDIT: BTW, ccApp is not absolutely necessary, but "auto-protect and E-mail check will not function without this" (same source).

Removing it from startup equals disabling it.
