right clicking in start menu

hey, when i right click in the start menu anything with a sub menu wont popup with the normal like open and properties and stuff, it just flashs, if its something like my pictures folder on the start menu that can be right clicked on and has the properties and stuff.

anybody no what i need to do to fix this, thanks

I think that means your comp. is just slow, I just did it on my old 1 yr. p3

well looking at your sig, if thats the computer your talking about, it seems like you have a decent setup so i doubt its his computer being slow.

have you OCed anthing? have you tryed adaware?

yea, i dont think its cause the computer is slow, i did have it oc'd to 3.5 for a little bit but since then reinstalled windows and everything, it just started happening after the reinstall of windows a couple weeks ago, i did try adaware and spybot to though
