Wii or DS?

Hiya
I seen the new my sims game and it looks good but i don't know which console to get it on the nintendo Wii or the DS. Which one do you think is better and why?

I personally would go with the Wii because i can't stand playing or watching anything on a tiny screen. hahaha. Not only that but theres usually a lot more stuff you can do on the Wii than on the DS. Here is a quote from gamespy:

so if i were you i'd look up some reviews on the games and see which one has the features you're more apt to want and enjoy. :blush1:

I've heard the wii version of mysims is actually really fun, which to be honest is more than I would say about the original Sims

everything on the wii is more fun! hahaha i love the wii ....even when my grandparents visited from england they had fun with the wii!! and they don't even like video games LOL :geek:

Yes dont waste your time on a DS! Get a Wii. I am not a fan of either of the two systems but the DS is going to die out quicker then the Wii for sure!

I had a DS for a bit...I didn't play it for 8 months...So, I traded it in, with all my games and was able to get Halo 3, Blue Dragon, and Guitar Hero III (I get GH3 on Sunday).

Needless to say, the DS helped me out greatly

But, to answer your question, though, like Phlak, I don't like the Wii either but I agrr that you should go with the Wii. I really thought I'd like having a portable console. I was wrong. But, the Wii has a bit more potential. Though, if your anything like my friends and family, you'll burn out on it pretty quickly. None of my friends that have a Wii play it anymore, and they all got it when it came out...

Mario Galaxy on Nov. 12th and Smash Brothers in February. I anticipate more wii time pretty soon

I'm excited for Guitar Hero III for the wii tomorrow =) hopefully they don't sell out by the time my bf and i get to the store lol its going to be so much more fun with all the new stuff! I really like the wii because its a different experience than regular gaming. I like the physical aspect of it and its great to play with a bunch of friends. The funny thing is that we usually play wii sports or wii play and those are 2 of the original games for it. I'm sure once theres a larger selection of games out for it they will get more popular though.
