In my mind, this is a bad idea and a 'test' to see how well micro-transactions will work with customers in this new generation of gaming...
From what many can tell...this game the 'classic' version will come with just a menu linked to a downloadble service on the Playstation online network...where you'll spend around .50 - 1.00 on cars and 1.50-4.50 on tracks that you'll want...
The game I believe features around 700 cars and 50 tracks...
If you buy everything in the game (and using the games scale), you'll be paying roughly... $425.00 - $925.00.
This 'new' game is supposedly a slightly upgraded version of Gran Turismo 4 which includes probably 'most' of that downloadable content for
20 bucks
DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THESE TRAPS!! Whether it's
PC or console gaming, DO NOT let the companies nickle and dime us!!
Warn your friends, don't let them fall prey to this, whether it comes from Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo...it's ridiculous and needs to stop!!
