| Apex Tech Fanatic Supreme | Controller attachments are more then likely going to double the price of the Wii...if you plan on having lots of friends over... to have your friends and family play with you. Remember, the Wii is touted as an 'everyone' fun box..and about the only console that advertises four people playing it.. 3 extra controllers - $120 3 extra nunchucks - $60 4 extra 'retro' - $80 Total cost for 4 - $240 Of course, this doesn't include any other controller add-on that Nintendo comes up with... Granted, you don't HAVE to have 4 remotes, but the way that Nintendo advertises the Wii, you'll 'need' to play with 3 friends in order to have the most fun. 10 dollars more then the initial cost of the Wii... 3 extra wireless controllers for the 360 cost about $150.00 Even with just an extra controller (and to get the 'most' out of those controllers..) The wii costs.. Wii console - $250 Extra retro attachment (x2) - $40 (more then likely going to be needed to play downloadable SNES and N64 games...) Extra nunchuck attachment - $20 Extra wiimote- $40 Total cost is.... $350 dollars..50 dollars cheaper than the Premium 360... |
