| U.S. District Court Judge George Caram Steeh of Michigan has issued a permanent injunction against a bill that would restrict the sale of games to minors, discounting most of the state's arguments in the process.

That right there is what I've been arguing in these silly lawsuits, lame bills, and lack of knowledge this whole time. Judge Steeh just pwned the State of Michigan... From now on...when one of these lawsuits goes down in flames (which, it more than likely will) because of unconstitutional claims...let it be known that the part on the losing side just got Steehwnd. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Droeblek. I really think that there needs to be a new rule added to the court system. If you sue someone, and lose that lawsuit (only applies to prosecution, not the defendent)...you pay for the other parties court and lawyer fees. You think that'd stop a lot of these frivolous "games killed my son" lawsuits? I think so... | ||
