Just so everyone knows, it is my personal feeling that this class action lawsuit has no merit. In the coming months, I believe that the amount of defective XBOX360 units will be anywhere between the 1% and 5% range. Most of these "defective" units are the result of user error. Placing the power brick and the system in an un-ventilated, closed area will more than likely result in over-heating issues. You wouldn't put your computer in solitary confinement, don't do it to your XBOX360... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
