I really don't see a difference between Free and Evaulation copy.. I've always had it when I needed it and didn't pay a dime.

the only difference I care for is that I wont' have to click "OK' everytime I try unzip something...that was annoying....

I tried and failed as well. I guess WinRAR just whipped out the 'you're a failure' stamp on the site. :crazy: Meaning they didn't plan for the requisite demand it would draw.

Okay, guys WINRAR is trying again:

WinRAR is giving away a free copy of their award-winning archiver utility application again, due to the fact that previous attempt was too hard on their servers.

This version 3.51 can not be upgraded to future releases. It supports all major archiving formats, including Zip, RAR and 7-Zip.

WinRAR is a decent app, but I would rather just use 7-Zip in the unlikely event that I'm on a Windows machine.
