Gameplay, for sure. It doesn't matter how good it looks if it sucks to play.

Agree wholeheartedly. If I want pretty graphics with no reasonable gameplay, I'll look at a magazine. (Or date Paris Hilton)

Paris Hilton is a game w/no pretty graphics, no reasonable gameplay, and an insanely high cost of maintenance.
