By the time you are done with all the upgrades, it will no longer be an aquarius at all, mineaswell make your own water cooling system. The corsair hydrocool and koolance exos are the only worthy water cooling kits I know of.

Better off getting top-of-the-line air cooling.

heres the problem my board does not have room for like a sk-series cooler. My volcano barely fit, and at that a few trans got bent. Absolutly no room left. must go water or tall ass heatsink with killer fan.

Anime fan, for 129 @ frozencpu you can get a TT SubZeroG4, which doesnt take up much above-proc space, and cools significantly more than any air cooling you can buy... it might not be as good as WC, but it rocks my world.... check it out here http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/fro...pu-tta-14.html

the guy asked about watercooling why did you all steer him away from it.

right before i got my koolance all the "computer techs" around here tried tooth and nail to steer me away but if he is like me i really wanted to do it and they were not going to stop me so

anime-fan-man the kit you listed in your first post the reason they have that kit at such a low cost is because the parts are less then great.. i would understand if you got it and then eventually upgraded the parts

Hers what you do for under $125 bucks:

1.) Make your own radiator + shroud = about $20

2.) Tubing = vinyl from Home Depot for $5/ 10 ft.

3.) Fan for rad = 120mm....10-$15

4.) F&B or reservoir....DIY for 15-$25

5.) Hydor L20 pump = $35

6.) CPU Waterblock = $25 for Gemini Tsunami at case-mod (nest performance/pricec block i can find ATM on you budget.)

Grand total = $110-$125 for a great setup.

P.S. I hate when people get into watercooling and come with an extremely tight budget. If you get into watercooling you should have enough money to replace any part of your computer that might get focked up in the process.

Edit: forgot to include water wetter, distilled or de-ionized water, thermal interface, and some fitting for the rad....add another $10. If you want clamps another $5 on top of that.

The Thermaltake kit is good for a non overclocker looking to quiet their system and cool the CPU alone.

The radiator is small and low on performance, the pump is weak (like 30 GPH) and won't support additional water blocks.

The tubing size is not compatible with most other companies so the water block would be tough to replace (Innovatech and Koolance are the only blocks that will work with 1/4 " tubing).

So, if you wish to replace the pump, radiator, water block, and tubing ....... it is fully upgradeable!

This is a review of the Maxxxpert waterblocks....seems like they always manage to score in the lowest 30% or so...
http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=MzU3LDI=

The radiator is a POS just by looking at it. Those with tubing never perform as well as the heatercore type and it doesn't come with any fittings. I guess you have to stretch tubing over it.

The pump looks like a hydor, so that should be ok and the fan looks alright too, except i can't tell what brand it is from that picture.

(You can do better for $170)

Dispite all the bad reviews and lack of green, I went with the TT A2 system.
Help me it is 40-47*C all the time, with stock heatsink gell of course. Anyone have any Ideas how to lower the temp. It is high but stable.

ypou can get an aluminum dual 1200mm fan rad from Koolance. They have it at their site for $25 +S&H. That should lower your temps a bit.

Here's the rad.
