I'd suggest going for the nice video card. Water cooling just isn't something that you should buy since you feel like it...you have to have the time, patience, and most of all the money for WC'ing. I don't know if you've done the research on WC parts and everything, but if you didn't then definitely DO NOT WC if you can hold yourself back. I would definitely suggest staying AWAY from the peltier if you haven't previously WC'ed since that's more of an upgrade. I'm sure others have suggestions to add on, and either agree or disagree.

Go for the vid card. You'll get more performance/added functionality from that upgrade than you could possibly get from water cooling your current system.

I'd also suggest the video card.
you put it install the drivers and enjoy.
water cooling is like having a pet, you have to give it constant attention and be very mindful of it... i'm not ready for that kind of responsibility yet...

and you will probably get more enjoyment out of the 9800 pro AIW.
the water cooler can't run UT2003 with 4x AA and 8x AF

LIke I said in a previous thread: punch yourself in the face before trying watercooling just to make sure you have the perseverance and strength to face all the trials and tribulations you WILL face.

2 Words for ya dood. VIDEO CARD. Good choice you made on leaning towards the video card. NExt christmas or something whenevre you run into some money you can do some other stuff. I rushed into WC'ing in about 3 months. I thought it looked cool and plus i needed the extra cooling to facilitate my Overclocking. If you research it and fin d you need the extra cooling, take your time and talk to people about it. I burned a ATI 9800 pro up and a brand new ASUS mobo from water getting onto the capacitors. Have fun with the new video card, buy a new kick @ss game and go at it.

my 2 cents
