i was thinking if i got a bay resivor and mounted 3 fans in that bay do you think that would help keep the water cool or would i just be wasting my time

Really wouldnt do much. You would just be feeding room temp air, and with a res the temp of the fluid would stay the same with fans or with out.

You could run it outside your case in a mini fridge but it would be better to put the radi there.
It sounds like a good idea but i'm not sure yet.

if i would put the Rad in a mini fridge would i have to worry about condensation too much?

No not really But you may want to wrap your fan wires, mini fridges have a bit of moisture but its not extreme or anything.

Nope,
remember the very best that you can possibly get your coolant temp to is ambient. That's going to happen with an extreme radiator and muti-fan set-up, very rarely if at all. Even with close to ambient temperature coolant, you're still looking at 6-12degC
higher CPU temps, with the rest of the system being excellent.
I'd follow the basics untill you have a better understanding of the
properties of ambient grade cooling.

wasting time....the reason a rad cools is because the metal absorbs heat.....the plastic on a res does not therefore doesnot need cooling
