| I have several old Socket 7 heatsinks lying around, even a few 370's and what appears to be a P4 my dad got from work. I was cleaning dust out from my Volcano 6 with running water and the idea occured to me to seal off one of my heat sinks and make a water-cooling block out of it. Any ideas on how to seal one of these things off? | ||

| There was a guy who took a swiftech block and sealed it in Acrylic and got decent temps. Only ended up costing him like 150 bucks. John Hill at overclockes made an outstanding block from a old heatsink. http://www.overclockers.com/articles679/ | ||

| Whats wrong with that? I've done that plenty of times due to locked FSB from software OC. only way i could boot and lower the fsb from and accidental OC 200mhz too high. Mine run at about 120 idle, 130 load. But thats because theres just no way possible to air cool dual p3's any better. Im becomeing increasingly interested in WC with each lockup tdue to overheating (running F@H and trying to get my game on, oops---) But you shouldnt run into those problems. In anycase, i'd think you'd be able to find some sort of a block, maybe even for a vid card and epoxy it? | ||
