| yeah dude i just set up a system from DTEK and it cost just over 200 bucks and it is a high grade system. you can probably build one somewhat cheaper. Make sure you research it and it is what you want. They are more work than you think but kick a** once ther goin. Go with a DTEK waterblock and just specify what cpu you have athlon or pentium. Also make sure you are ready to take the mother board off and screw in the retention plate for the waterblock. Unless your mobo is easily accesible unlike mine. Go with Rokk i agree with hiim i got all my stuff from DTEK and my reservoir from Danderden. | ||

Bull****. There are countless threads in there that answer all the questions you have and hundreds that you haven't even thought to ask. There is a reason forum threads are archived and searchable. I, and many others here, have spent hundreds of hours answering questions. Why should we retype all that info for every new face that comes through the door? Especially one who calls us "foos" and tells us to "get on our knees". Leave that sheit in the hood. Now, there is another reason that you should read and learn. You should enter water cooling informed and knowledgeable. Don't just buy stuff because Rokk1972 told you to (both good choices by the way). So, with that crap out of the way, lets begin: Why do you wish to water cool? What are your goals? What type of system is it? What will you be water cooling (CPU alone? GPU? Northbridge? What size case do you have? Do you want an internal or external pump and rad?

| I ageee 100% with you PUTWIG, I have been hanging out here for 3 weeks researching and readying the archives and got 95% of my questions answered. This is the place to come to get the learn all about WC'ing, but people do have to make an effort to learn. Probably the best thread was when you were working with Lord Nikon. I learned alot from that alone. Keep up the good work.... | ||

| Yep i also agree with Putwig. If he wasn;t here along with several other members I never would have made it this far. If you pull previous threads you can find mine, and i had several questions that you will or would have. I also agree wit him on calling is foos and telling us to get on our knees. Not cool bro. Anyways, look it up and let us know your specs and what you are looking at. Another good thing to do is go to those websites or something like that and put a kit together and the post it here and we'll let you know what we think of it, that is how i got a kick a** system. | ||

I really don't mind, as you know speaking, on the H20 subject, I really love the topic, however as you pointed out there has to be a little sumpin-sumpin between the earbones to catch the knowledge. On man.."foo & on mah knees" for less than 5 posts Here ya go dood A man, gets only one chance, at a good, first impression quote by ZENNZZO

| Direct Cool Hoe | kidding or not,...let that "foo" sh!t go. ok? It makes you sound like a disrespectful punk. When you're a little closer to setting up a real cooling solution, like maybe are ordering the parts,or even in pocket...http://www.pcapex.com/modules.php?s=...icle&artid=131 this will get your CPU closer to ambient than anything you can buy with water in it.
