Default Temperature differential between water and processor in water cooled systems

Does any one have data about the difference of temperature between the CPU and the cooling water in water cooled systems?

Welcome to PimpRig,
liquid,
I've been running my 2500 at 3000 speed w/1.87v.core.
The ambient is 23.9C, the coolant is at 25.3C taken from inside jet, the core is at 34.0C and the mainboard is at 24.C.according to MM3.0 .F@H has been running for most of the day at 100%...Hope that helps you!

edit: AQUA es uno mas!!

Sure it does! you seem to be having around 10 ºC of delta T between CPU and water, what waterblock do you use?

Hahaha

Hello again!

I'm new to forums, cooling and so on. But I've been discovering the cooling science is very badly understood. I think people have a very crude approach to it: I want it big, huge. It seems to me it's not well understood that ingenuity well applied is far more effective than bigness: water is better than air, D2D is better than waterblocks.

If water is better than air why do people put 6 fans in a box?
If D2D is better than waterblocks Why do people emply great efforts on marginal gains on waterblocks?

people put in 6 fans for aircooling, which is safer, easier to use, and less expensive than a comparable watercooling setup.

And the reason people use waterblocks is again, because it's easier, safer, and you don't have to permanently mount it to a single CPU.

That's the point, but then they put big efforts refining a technology wichi is limited in it's possibilities, refine and refine a waterblock will never take you to where a D2D can take you and it's probably is easier doing a D2D than machining a special piece to improve a little bit a normal waterblock. The fans problem is similar every other fan you add to a box is more difficult to place and gives less improvement.

How do you know that? Hindsightedness will only tell you where you've been and not where you are going.
You are basing your assumptions on cooling a 2ghz Celeron
not quite the leading edge of technology...but I guess Oriville Wright thought he was going too fast also!

jcarkeys,
we're forgetting the real underlying reason we love extreme cooling...we love to OVERCLOCK
