Really stupid question...
were do you plug in the water cooling pump's power supply?
PSU? Mobo? Wall?

when you use pumps that run on 120v AC its best to use an inexpensive relay to ensure the pump turns on when the pc powers up.

Like the other said, it depends upon the pump. Most new pumps are 12v DC so they plug right into your PSU. The only other choice is 120V AC which plugs into the wall or, RBIEZE stated, can be wired to a relay that plugs into the wall and turns the pump on and off with the PC.
