Casemodgod tested it and it seems it is not entirely non-conductive.. but in a Voyeurmods video they poured some in a system and nothing special happened. Gruntville also gave it a try and suggest it is not conductive.. so I'd give it a try. That been said, I will order the product for The Abyss Project.

The trick with PC Ice, and same goes for distiled water, when it comes to conductivity is to not get it contaminated. Distilled Water is non-conductive, until just about anything gets in it. PC Ice is more so, in that while it will get conductive with enough pollutants, it takes much more then distilled water does.
AntiM did a great job of showing that in his review here at PR and while I didn't show it at GruntvillE, my test system is still running after leaking on a running system. So I would say it is non-conductive enough, especially for $20.
