Default Multiple T lines?

I plan on building a new rig and I thought I would try using multiple T-lines instead of a res, mainly for asthetics, but also some air removal/reservoir ability. I was thinking of using three T-lines in a lian li v1200 and having them all go to the top of the case with individual fill ports. I could use three seperate T fittings, and was thinking of putting them inside an aluminum housing with the tubes coming out through bushing, which I think could make a unique look- I'm not sure if this would affect flow negatively at all, but it would be the most practical for air removal. Or, I could just use one T fitting and have Y branches off the top port to connect to the seperate lines which all converge at the T(also in an AL housing), this is less likely.

The more fittings you use, the more resistance there will be. Where the tubing slips over the fitting, the waterflow through it is cut down a bit. I would suggest limiting it to one T line.

ineresting idea, if you braided the lines dropping from the fill ports together could look sweet, and run multiple loops with different colored UV fluids in them!
