Default stiff tubing problem....help

all my computer parts just came in yesterday and i have everything set up. The water blocksa re on and everything else etc etc, i've set up watercooling before except this time the tubing that i bought from home depot is really stiff and it seems that its so stong that it will just rip the processor right off the board. I have a block on my video card too, and im afraid that this tubing will crack the actual chipset off the mobo. Are there any tips you guys have to make it form to how i want? blowtorch? scolding water? nuclear waste? Im sorta desperate and i really want to hook it up today. The hose is 1/2 tubing with 1/8 walls and all it says on it is vinyl tubing. Im not sure whether i should wait and buy the clearflex tubing from dtek or if i can somehow get by using this tubing. Home depot didn't have softer tubing and im puzzled as to what i can do

thanks

"Stiff Tube" problems eh?

You came to the right place, I got a hot chick (For a fee) to solve that little problem for ya

J/K, try a hair dryer

You would be better off getting the correct tubing though, don't rush..it's not worth risking your hardware!

Try sticking it in a pot of hot water. I always connect my tubing while it is off the hardware. I only rest it on there to get the correct size.
