I got all my Xmas toys in and hooked them all up and then i realized afterr i turned it on (the pump) that it is pumping in the wrong direction so right now im in the process of letting it pump for 24hours. Its been 2 so far no leaks

with the pump being turned around the wrong away will it be ok?

although i am not a water cooling expert, i would go this route..
pump, cpu, gpu, rad, pump. want to cool the hottest part first.

again anyone of the water experts will chime in to correct me.

I'd ditto everything Chrome said (including the part about not a watercooling expert). Radiator right after the hot parts.

In theory, going the opposite way might allow more heat from the hot coolant to radiate into your case from the extra length in the lines and pump, instead of being exhausted immediately through the radiator.

They hit it right on the head as far as having all of your blocks before the radiator. As far as your pump being backwards though, it doesnt really matter in the long, its just gonna be more of a pain in the neck to fill and bleed....depending on your setup.
