Default Summertime Project

Well, I've been out of the loop for a while, doing bigger and better things, and somehow I got this thing called a job. Well anyway now I have a good bit of downtime, and I have a bit of money coming my way, and decided that this summer I'm going to need a project. And what better than building a new computer with an awesome watercooled setup? But of course, I'm gonna need to do some planning and figure out what I'm gonna need.

I plan on having an external res, pump, and rad, basically the whole shibang. I also plan on using 1" tubing that branches off into 4 1\4" tubes for both in and out. This is because I don't like the idea of daisy chaining two gpu's a cpu and a chipset, I think by the time it got to the last component the water would be too hot to effectively cool. so this way they'll each have fresh water coming to them. Of course the downside is that this will require a lot of tubing. In addition to this I'm also making a custom radiator with about 20 feet of copper tubing. This quickly adds up to a lot of tubing, so I was wondering about how powerful of a pump will I need for this kind of setup?

Also just because I'm lazy and don't feel like researching, what kind of waterblocks are the best these days (athlon 64 and dual 7800's)?

Default Hmm..

Ok, I guess I'm gonna have to use 1\2" fittings, but thats fine, I can work that out easily enough. The waterblocks weren't my main concern though. As far as a pump, how many gph am I gonna have to push out to be effective with all this tubing?

And also a bit more technical, but approximatly how many watts will each of my blocks be dissapating?

But still first things first, what kind of pump recommendations do you guys have?

Thx for the help, I'm open to any suggestions.
