Default Watercooling Efficiency

Im going to be doing a watercooling setup. I have some questions though.

When I'm building, is it better to have the radiator higher, lower or level to the pump?
Should I have the Resevior higher, lower or level with the Pump and/or radiator?

your res should be the highest part of the loop for easier filling and bleeding,

As far as placement of the radiator i dont think that really makes a difference and i doubt if placement of any of the equipment will make a difference temperature wise. However i find that placing the reservoir higher than the pump and rad makes it really easy to fill and bleed the system.

Ok. I was just wondering cause I see W/C Cases with the Radiator at top, pump at bottom and res in the middle, so I was wondering if it made a difference.

Thanks alot guys!
